Prescription Refills: To request a refill on your pet's prescription please e-mail us with your name, your pet's name, the medication, and a daytime phone number. Our staff will contact you by phone when the medication is ready to be picked up or if more information is needed. Twenty-four hours is needed in order to complete a refill. Food Orders: To ensure your pet's food is available, please e-mail your name, your pet's name, and the food requested. Food is shipped to us on a weekly basis, therefore, requests placed by Tuesday should be shipped to us on Friday
